THAWING PROCESS

- Transfer the frozen pack to the refrigerator 6-8 hours before cooking

- ⁠Submerge the sealed pack in cool water for 30-45 minutes

- ⁠Certain items such as sauces, curries and ready to eat gravies can go straight from freezer to pot

COOKING PROCESS

- Open pack : Cut open the frozen packet

- ⁠Stovetop : Pour contents into a pot/ pan and heat over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally

- ⁠Microwave : Transfer to a microwave- safe container, cover and heat for 5-7 minutes (stir halfway)
