Mix 1 cup of KLFC Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Flour with 1 cup of water and mix well. 2. Add chicken or seafood pieces into batter and marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Coat again the chicken or seafood pieces with KLFC Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Flour. 4. Deep fry the chicken or seafood pieces in hot oil (150°C - 170°C) until cooked golden brown or well cooked.
