General Description: The raw meat is brined, partially dried, seasoned with herbs and spices, then smoked and steamed.

Storage Instruction : Keep frozen temperature below -18 °C or the chilled temperature below 4 °C. Make sure to keep balance in an airtight container and keep frozen below -18 °C or chilled below 4 °C for 3 days

Shelf life: 18 months after the manufacture date.

How to use:

• Defrost and ready to eat or heated
• It's perfect with tacos, sandwich, tortas, and salads on its own with sides like rice and beans
• Eaten directly with thickly sliced steak fries
• Served up fries and maybe a delicious coffee Stout
• Piled high onto rye bread or bagel and topped with mustard and pickles.
