can be used as cooking paste , such as , fried rice, noodles, meehon ,pasta  , fried with vegetables

You can add other items to this sambal, such as diced eggplant, ginger, curry leaves, even watercress and nuts. This is the basic version, and it can be served with any meal e.g. white rice, nasi lemak , nasi minyak, thosai, roti chanai.fried chicken, fried beef, lamb , noodles and porridge

Has a shelf life of 1 year. Best stored in the pantry before opening and in the refrigerator after opening.
